Each of our twenty departments has its own classification criteria determining what position you can hold. Usually, you must have cumulated a specific number of days of pertinent work experience in the industry, as well as having completed mandatory training courses.
If you do not meet the department criteria, you will then be considered as a member “waiting for classification”. Thus, you will not appear on the website nor on the availability list.
If Heads of Department want to hire you, they will need to make sure, using our online recruiting tool, The Recruiter, that there is no member available for the function in question. If nobody is available, then you could be authorized to work.
Memberships fees are $600 (paid once only) and annual dues are $300, divided in four payments of $75 for each quarter.
If you want to become a member, or if you have any questions, do not hesitate to make an appointment with our Memberships Services by calling us at 514-937-7668 or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
